Single-Pilot Manufacturing Vessel is extensively used for emulsifying, mixing and producing very fine emulsions & suspensions. It features a hydraulic lifting lid designed with sight glass. All the contact parts in vessels are wisely made of SS 316 / 316 L. Available in both fully and semi- automatic models, this manufacturing vessel is highly acclaimed for its jacketed design that meets heating and cooling requirements. The vessel is constructed in an agitator design which has the prime advantage that there is no bottom support for the agitation with PTFE bush, resulting in faster and much more effective cleaning cycles.
